Metropolitan Baton Rouge is a diverse group of change agents united through a shared vision to advocate for black women and girls unapologetically. We aim to set a standard of excellence, create a legacy of forward-thinking leaders, and to serve our community through leadership, commitment, and service. The Mission of the National Coalition of 100 Black Women, Inc. is to advocate on behalf of black women and girls to promote leadership development and gender equity in the areas of health, education, economic empowerment, and public policy.
