Ceasar Hendricks

Ceasar Hendricks builds pathways where students don’t just learn about industries—they get hands-on inside them. As Founding Principal of Louisiana Academy of Production High School (LAAP), a film and production-integrated high school, he’s leading the creation of a school model where core academics live alongside real-world media and production skills, preparing students for careers the traditional classroom often overlooks. He is also Founder and CEO of Hendricks Educational & Organizational Consulting (HEOC), where he works at the intersection of education and equity, helping students, particularly those historically underserved by standardized testing, build both the skills and the confidence to succeed on the ACT/SAT and beyond.

With over 20 years of experience in education and organizational leadership, Ceasar has held roles across classrooms, campuses, and college-access programs, giving him a ground-level view of the barriers students face and the systems that need to change. As Graduation Coach and ACT Prep instructor at one Louisiana school, his students helped the school rank 1st out of 20 schools statewide in average section performance.

Ceasar holds an M.Ed in Educational Leadership, an MBA, and a BSM in Management. He’s on a mission to prove that with the right support and the right opportunities, every student can compete—and win.
