Arthur J. Gremillion is an award winning choir director, educator, speaker, and community leader whose passion for excellence, faith, and service has made a lasting impact throughout Louisiana and beyond. With a heart for developing people and creating meaningful opportunities, he has dedicated his life to empowering others through music, education, and leadership.

Arthur is the Founder and Executive Director of Arthur & Friends Community Choir, an organization that has inspired audiences for nearly two decades through worship, outreach, and musical excellence. Under his leadership, the choir has earned numerous honors and has become known for producing powerful worship experiences while fostering unity across churches and communities. His commitment to cultivating talent and building relationships has positioned the choir as one of the region’s respected gospel music ministries.

Professionally, Arthur serves in education, where he is committed to helping students and educators succeed. His work in school leadership reflects his passion for creating positive learning environments, supporting instructional excellence, and ensuring student achievement. He holds a Bachelor of Arts in Vocal Performance from Southern University and a Master of Education in Educational Leadership from Louisiana State University Shreveport.

Arthur’s dedication to service extends beyond the classroom and choir stand. He is an active member of Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity, Incorporated, the 100 Black Men of Metro Baton Rouge, and the Recording Academy, where he continues to advocate for excellence in music and community engagement. His leadership has earned him numerous recognitions for his contributions to gospel music, education, and civic involvement.
