Taylor Andrus

Taylor Andrus is an Events Manager with the Louisiana Association of Business and Industry, where she works to bring people together through events, programs, and experiences that support Louisiana’s business community. She enjoys the behind-the-scenes work of turning an idea into something meaningful and is especially passionate about creating opportunities for people to connect, learn, and build relationships.

Taylor is also involved with the LABI Foundation, where she helps support efforts focused on education, workforce development, leadership, and creating opportunities for the next generation of Louisianans. She believes strongly in the importance of connecting businesses, communities, and young people to help build a stronger future for the state.

Originally from Lafayette, Taylor is a proud graduate of the University of Louisiana at Lafayette—Geaux Cajuns! She now calls Baton Rouge home, where she lives with her husband and their son, Gino.

Taylor is passionate about Louisiana and the people who make it such a special place to live, work, and play. She is excited to continue growing as a leader, learning from others, and finding new ways to contribute to the Baton Rouge community and the future of Louisiana.
