Kristi Muse Hollins is a Board-Certified Family Nurse Practitioner, entrepreneur, business leader, and community advocate whose story is deeply rooted in Baton Rouge, Louisiana. A Baton Rouge native and proud product of the public school system, Kristi understands firsthand the impact that education, mentorship, and opportunity can have on a young person’s life. Those experiences have shaped her commitment to investing in the community that helped shape her and showing the next generation what is possible.

A 3-time graduate of Southern University, Kristi began her career in nursing before advancing her education and becoming a Family Nurse Practitioner. With more than a decade of experience in healthcare, her career has centered on caring for others, continuous education, and innovation.

Kristi is the co-owner of Muse Medical Aesthetics & Laser, a full-service medical aesthetics practice she founded alongside her twin sister, Kiara. Together, they have grown Muse into a seven-figure business and a respected name in the Baton Rouge aesthetics community. Their philosophy, “Be Your Own Muse,” reflects Kristi’s belief in having the confidence and vision to create your own path.

Beyond business, Kristi is passionate about leadership, education, and creating opportunities for others. Her professional and community contributions have earned recognition, including being named among the Baton Rouge Business Report’s Forty Under 40. As someone who was born, educated, and chose to build her business in Baton Rouge, she feels a personal responsibility to pour back into the city that poured into her.

Through the Changemakers cohort, Kristi hopes to help strengthen education and expand opportunities for Baton Rouge students, while inspiring young people to believe that their circumstances do not have to determine their future.
